Shirt – Topshop £14 | Jeans – Topshop £18 | Shoes – Dr Martens £100 | Necklace – Topshop £12

Just a quick post today! I’ve been trying to catch up on a few outfit posts as I’ve been a bit of a busy bee in the last month or so what with two holidays and working, so I'm trying to catch up with blogging as much as poss. I’ve read a lot of bloggers saying it can hard being away from blogging and then getting back into it straight away. I have to agree, it can be hard to get back into a good routine of blogging, but it is something I love to do, so sitting down writing a post just feels natural now. When I'm not taking outfit pictures and planning my next post I'm always wondering when I’ll next get a chance to do so… hopefully now is that time :)

I picked up today’s outfit in the Topshop sale the other week, total bargain! I just love the colours in this contrasting shirt, it was just £14 in the sale and the jeans around £18, then I used my staff discount on top to save even more pennies, oh working in retail does have its perks at times! I hardly ever purchase jeans but lately I love the look of cropped jeans, I'm so glad I spotted these ones in the sale… I think they just add a roughed up look to outfits, I hate wearing plain full length jeans these days, I’ll only ever wear them on ‘lazy dressing’ kinda day’s haha! Has anyone else managed to pick up a Topshop bargain lately, or any other bargain at that?

Fashion That Sticks!

Day 1
Kiss-nail-wraps
After 5 Days of wearing the nail stickers!

Kiss Nail Wraps* www.kissusa.com
"FASHION THAT STICKS"

When I received these little nail wraps I actually didn’t expect them to look as good on as they did. I'm usually a plain nail varnish kind of girl; I have to have my toes and hands matching with a coloured nail varnish. So for me, this was a little out of my comfort zone at first but I am so glad I tried them out!! I have  never had so many people notice my nails than when I had these on, it was quite strange how many people asked to see my nails, even boys were noticing them; it was so unusual. I had such positive feedback whilst I was wearing the Kiss nail wraps, when people found out they were just easy stick on nails they were amazed :) the pretty stickers are very easy to apply too.
 How to apply:
Step 1: Remove any nail varnish from your nail. File and shape your nails to your desired shape (I like to square mine)

Step 2: Select the sticker that suits your nail size, peel off and place near to the cuticle of the nail and smooth out from the centre

Step 3: Fold the sticker over where your nail ends

Step 4: Using the file included file the edge of your nail until the excess of the sticker comes away. The nail file includes a blue side for nail stickers with gems and a pink side for all other designs.

The application process really is that simple! I found that once I took the stickers off of my nails they felt really smooth like they had been refreshed from me wearing nail varnish every day. The stickers definitely benefitted my nails. Kiss nail wraps are said to last up to 10 days, I wore mine for five days before I opted for a bright pink colour. They were still in pretty good condition after the five days; I’ve included a picture above so you can see for yourself. These pretty stick on nails come in a range of designs to suit different styles. I was so happy with the ones I was sent as they weren’t anything to crazy and went with every outfit I wore. If you are unsure about using these at first I would definitely recommend just getting these in a black pattern, simple but noticeable :)

Shirt- Urban Outfitters (sale £22) | Pinafore- Miss Selfridge (sale £15) | Daisy Necklace- Topshop £12 | Shoes- River Island (old)

Hey lovelies! I'm back from holiday and can finally get back into blogging regularly with more outfit posts, I haven’t done as many outfit posts recently as I normally do because of having the time to take outfit pictures but I will be getting back into the swing of things, promise!! I wore this outfit yesterday, it was a busy day for me yesterday but I managed to squeeze in a few photos at the end of the day.

I wore this outfit to an internship interview yesterday and I know finding an outfit to wear is always the hardest part of any interview especially for a fashion based one. The weather was boiling yesterday, which was just lovely (a little humid) so I decided to wear this spotty pinafore that I purchased in the Miss Selfridge sale right before my holiday, I also managed to pick up this shirt in the Urban Outfitters sale too, I absolutely love the little cut out shoulder patches, I think they add a cute detail to the printed shirt. The second picture is of me having a celebratory drink after getting the internship I had previously gone to the interview for, which means the outfit choice was one that worked :)  I was so happy and I’m very much excited to start interning for a great fashion magazine in August.

I also wore this outfit to get christened yesterday evening, I know it seems strange to get christened at the age of 21 but this weekend is my niece and nephews christening and my 13 year old nephew has asked me, my sister and brother to be his godparents so to do so we had to become Christian first, which is something I’ve wanted to become for a while now anyway. So after my very busy day yesterday I gained an internship and become Christian, not something that happens every day I guess!

I would love if you could take a minute to click HERE to enter my givewaway to win a £48 belt from Mania Mia- ENDS TONIGHT!

Swimwear for the Summer!

Something that doesn’t get spoken about much on fashion blogs is swimwear! Womens swimwear is still a huge part of fashion, I know when I'm heading to a swimming pool or even when I'm going on holiday what I’ll wear is always the most important thing to me! I do like to have a variety of bikinis and swimming costumes to choose from, especially when I am on holiday. However I do always end up preferring to wear a bikini over a swimming costume.

Zoggs offer swimwear that enhances shape, flatters the body and which also flatter the figure! They also have a guide available on their website for the perfect fitting swimwear which is always handy :) check them out if you’re in need of swimwear which focuses on benefitting your shape, something important to most girls, especially if you’re anything like me!
